What are the cancellation policies at Villa Evelina?
For cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival, the full deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due.
What are the cancellation policies at Villa Valter?
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a last-minute cancellation within the 14 days prior to arrival or an early departure, the full amount of the originally agreed-upon stay will be charged. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Is there a deposit required at Villa Evelina?
To complete your booking, please transfer 50% of the total amount to our account. Please note that the remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times at Villa Evelina?
Check-in at Villa Evelina is available every Saturday between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. Check-out is due by 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays.
Is there parking available at Villa Evelina?
On-site parking for up to five cars.

Free parking spaces in the center near the Stadtvilla can be found on Google Maps under "Parking in Lovran."
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
No, because reservations for both villas require a deposit.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at Villa Valter. Dogs are allowed at Villa Evelina.
